Dr. Tinghe Wu is the Founder and CEO of P.S.K Biosciences. He previously conducted research at Stanford University and ShanghaiTech University. He has long focused on exosome-based delivery and nucleic acid drug development, with a strong commitment to the clinical translation of innovative therapies.
Dr. Qian has over 30 years of management experience in leading pharmaceutical companies. From 2013 to 2023, he served as Vice President of Simcere Pharmaceutical Group, where he was responsible for the Group’s investment business, generic drug project evaluation and initiation, as well as business development in Hong Kong, China. Since 2023, Dr. Qian has served as Senior Advisor to Simcere Pharmaceutical Group and Chairman of P.S.K Biosciences.
Biopharma executive and entrepreneur with 20+ years of experience spanning business development, global strategy, venture investment, and clinical pharmacology. Served as CEO, CBO, Co-Founder, and Head of Global BD/Strategy, leading transactions across oncology, autoimmunity, ophthalmology, antiviral, metabolic, and CNS indications. Recognized for structuring complex cross-border licensing deals (in/out), fundraising, and building high-impact partnerships with multinational pharma, biotech innovators, investment funds, and research institutions.
