P.S.K Biosciences is advancing a platform-driven exosome therapeutics pipeline built on two complementary technology platforms: the engineered exosome RNA delivery platform and the function-defined natural exosome therapeutics platform.
Our engineered exosome platform is designed to enable systemic CNS and extrahepatic RNA delivery, supporting therapeutic programs in genetically and molecularly defined neurological diseases.
Our natural exosome platform generates function-defined MSC-derived exosome subpopulations, including S1 for inflammation modulation and S2 for regenerative and neuro-supportive applications.
Together, these platforms support a diversified pipeline across CNS disorders, inflammatory diseases, pulmonary diseases, cardiovascular injury, and regenerative medicine.

A 10-patient IIT cohort in anti-MDA5-positive dermatomyositis-associated RP-ILD showed a 10% mortality rate, substantially lower than the historically reported mortality rate of 50–90%. Ten patients were discharged approximately two weeks after administration and remained stable during the three-month follow-up. Published clinical milestone for S1-sEVs.
We welcome strategic collaborations with pharmaceutical companies, biotech innovators, academic institutions, clinical centers, and regional development partners.
